→ Salad Components

01 - Grilled baguette, perfect for scooping
02 - Freshly ground black pepper
03 - Finishing salt
04 - 0.5 cup mixed baby spring greens
05 - 0.5 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
06 - 2 heirloom tomatoes, cut into eighths after halving
07 - 4 ounces cherry tomatoes, cut in half
08 - 8 ounces burrata cheese, pulled apart
09 - 8 slices prosciutto
10 - 4 ripe nectarines, remove pits and quarter them

→ Lemon Herb Vinaigrette

11 - Freshly ground black pepper, use however much you like
12 - Pinch of salt
13 - 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon thyme leaves
15 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped up
16 - 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped up
17 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest
18 - 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
19 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Lay prosciutto, torn burrata, and your grilled nectarines over the salad. Toss on some fresh herbs if you've got 'em, shake a little finishing salt and more black pepper on top. Dish up right away alongside thick slices of grilled baguette.
02 - Grab a big bowl. Gently mix in your baby greens, the tomato pieces—both cherry and heirloom—and the cherries. Pour on some vinaigrette and toss everything so it's all nicely covered.
03 - Dump the lemon juice, white wine vinegar, lemon zest, oregano, mint, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, pinch of salt, and a bit of pepper into a small bowl. Whisk fast until it comes together and looks creamy. Put it aside for now.
04 - Pop the nectarine wedges on your hot grill or grill pan. Give each side a couple minutes—just enough for deep grill marks and for them to get a little soft. Let them cool off before using.
05 - Turn your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high. Slice the nectarine quarters even thinner (into eighths) then brush them lightly with olive oil so they won’t stick.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Grill the nectarines until they’re a bit soft but don’t let them fall apart—this keeps them tasty and pretty.
02 - Pull apart the burrata with your hands so you don’t end up with a soggy salad from too much liquid.
