04 - 1/2 white or red onion, thinly sliced
05 - 2 medium tomatoes, chopped up
06 - 4 big dill pickles, cut into thin rounds
07 - 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

→ Protein

08 - Black pepper, use as much as you like
09 - Salt, sprinkle to taste
10 - 450 grams lean ground beef
11 - 2 teaspoons olive oil or just cooking spray

→ Mustard Vinaigrette

12 - Black pepper, for seasoning
13 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
14 - 1 clove garlic, smashed or chopped small
15 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
16 - 1 tablespoon honey
17 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
18 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
19 - 1/4 cup mayo

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Grab four bowls. Toss in the romaine, pickles, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, and cheese evenly. Drizzle about two spoonfuls of the vinaigrette over each, then gently mix if you want. Add scoops of the beef mixture on top and finish with the warm fries. Dig in right away.
02 - Put a big skillet on medium heat and use olive oil or cooking spray. Drop in the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Let it brown all the way with no pink. Sprinkle on salt and pepper, then pull it from the heat.
03 - Cook the frozen fries in the oven following the package. Once they're golden, let them cool for a short bit before you use them.
04 - Mix mayo, vinegar, mustard, honey, paprika, garlic, salt, and some black pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and blended. Keep it aside for now.
05 - Slice and chop up the lettuce, onions, pickles, and tomatoes. Pile them in a bowl with the banana peppers and mix in the shredded cheddar. Set aside.

# Extra Tips:

01 - If you're meal prepping, let the beef and fries cool off before mixing up the bowls. Store the salad bits, beef, fries, and vinaigrette in different containers. Toss them together just before you're ready to eat for the best taste and temperature.
