07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 0.25 cup unsalted butter
09 - 6 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
11 - 3 garlic cloves, whole

12 - 1 tablespoon honey
13 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
14 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
15 - 1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
16 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine lamb cutlets with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and olive oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes or overnight.
02 - Heat olive oil in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Sear lamb cutlets for 1-2 minutes per side until golden crust forms.
03 - Add butter, minced garlic, whole garlic cloves, and rosemary to the pan. Baste lamb with melted butter for 1 minute.
