Brush the dough evenly with olive oil. Pre-bake for 5 minutes to firm the base without browning.

Spread tomato sauce evenly over the prebaked crust and sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the entire surface.

Scatter cooked crumbled hot sausage and distribute crumbled feta across the pizza for even coverage.

Bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and the crust is deep golden brown.

Remove pizza from oven and, while hot, drizzle liquid honey evenly over the surface.
