Fill pita bread, sandwich rolls, or pile it onto greens. You can dig in right away or stash it in the fridge for later.

Sample the mix. Sprinkle in salt or black pepper until it's just right for you. Give it a bit more Italian dressing or a squeeze of lemon if you’re after more zing. Like things hot? Toss in some crushed red pepper.

Get a big bowl and throw in the pulled chicken, diced meats, cheese, roasted peppers, chopped onion, banana peppers, celery, and herbs. Spoon in the mayo and Italian dressing. Stir it all up until it’s creamy and totally mixed.

Dice your salami or pepperoni, cut up the roasted red peppers, banana peppers, celery, and onion. Chop the herbs nice and fine too.

Grab your cooked chicken and tear it up into small chunks. Rotisserie chicken works great and saves time!
