                In a shallow bowl stir together coconut flour sea salt and black pepper and set aside.

                Crack eggs into a second bowl and whisk until smooth then set aside.

                In a third bowl combine crushed pork rinds smoked paprika garlic powder and dried thyme.

                Dip each drumstick in the coconut flour mixture then egg mixture then press into pork rind breading to coat completely.

                Lightly grease the basket and preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

                Arrange chicken in a single layer spray all sides and cook until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.

                Preheat oven to 425 degrees F line baking sheet with foil and rack bake chicken for 25 minutes flip and continue 10 to 20 minutes until 170 degrees F internal temperature.
