Lobster BLTs Sweet Smoky Mayo (Printable Recipe)

Buttery lobster and bacon layered with smoky, sweet mayo deliver a crave-worthy twist on a classic sandwich.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Lobster & Sandwich Bits

01 - 4 lobster tails, dabbed dry
02 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 garlic clove, chopped super fine
05 - Butter lettuce leaves
06 - 1 tomato, sliced and sprinkled with salt and pepper
07 - 8 strips cooked bacon
08 - 4 slices toasted bread

→ Sweet Smoky Mayo

09 - 80 ml mayo
10 - 2 teaspoons honey
11 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
12 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Spread the sweet smoky mayo on toasted bread. Pile on lettuce, tomato, crisp bacon, and top it off with the cooked lobster. Put the two halves together and eat right away.
02 - Toss mayo, honey, mustard, and smoked paprika into a bowl. Whisk until it’s all smooth. Pop it into the fridge with a lid until you want it.
03 - Pat lobster tails dry. Get a skillet hot on medium with olive oil and butter. As soon as butter melts, toss in garlic, then add the lobster. Stir and flip until lobster turns bright red and no longer see-through—about 4 or 5 minutes.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Don’t overcook lobster or it’ll go chewy. Put them together just before serving so everything’s fresh.
