Let your tea cool off to room temp. Toss in some ice, and if you're feeling fancy, add fresh mango slices on top.
02 -
Once you've got just tea left in the pitcher, pour that mango liquid through a strainer to get rid of any bits. Drizzle in the honey and give it a good stir.
03 -
Add the diced mango and the other 2 cups of water into a pot. Bring it to a boil, lower the heat, and let it bubble for 10 minutes. Smash that mango up while you go.
04 -
Heat 2 cups water until it's boiling, then pour it into a big pitcher that can take the heat. Drop in your black tea and let it sit for about ten minutes.
