01 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed
02 - 1 orange, peeled for zest
03 - 1 lemon, peeled for zest
04 - 2 cups mixed olives
05 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1 teaspoon za'atar spice blend

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Peel and crush the garlic. Shave the orange and lemon to obtain 3–4 large strips of zest from each fruit.
