01 - 4 big whole wheat pita breads
02 - 4 tsp za’atar spice blend
03 - 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

04 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
05 - A bit of kosher salt
06 - Some freshly cracked black pepper
07 - 1 cup creamy hummus
08 - 2 cups mixed olives
09 - 1 cup tangy marinated artichoke hearts
10 - 1 cup roasted red pepper strips
11 - 2 cups sweet cherry tomatoes
12 - 4 oz sliced salami

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set out the pita quarters, that creamy yogurt, hummus, marinated artichokes, roasted peppers, a mix of olives, cherry tomatoes, and slices of salami on four plates. Make it look appetizing.
02 - Sprinkle salt and pepper into the Greek yogurt and give it a good stir.
03 - Lay pita rounds in the hot skillet. Toast each one on both sides for roughly 2 minutes until they smell awesome and look golden. Take them out and chop each into 4 pieces.
