1 tablespoon chilli flakes or powder, tweak how spicy you want it

0.5 teaspoon sesame oil

1.5 tablespoons soy sauce

4 garlic cloves, minced nice and small

3 tablespoons plain oil (anything like canola, sunflower, or grapeseed works)

0.5 tablespoon sugar, white works best
