01 - 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced thin
02 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 6 slices bacon, chopped and cooked until crispy
04 - 12 oz pasta, such as fettuccine or penne
05 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

→ Cheese Sauce

06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
09 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Breadcrumb Topping

12 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
13 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
14 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
02 - In a large skillet, cook sliced chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, then remove.
03 - In the same skillet, add butter and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in Parmesan, Romano, and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
04 - Return chicken, shrimp, and cooked bacon to the sauce along with roasted red peppers. Add pasta and toss everything together. Use reserved pasta water if sauce is too thick.
05 - Toast panko breadcrumbs in a dry skillet until golden. Mix with melted butter and chopped parsley.
06 - Transfer pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumb topping. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes until bubbling and golden.
