01 - 12 ounces thin spaghetti
02 - 1 pound medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, thawed
03 - 3 teaspoons cornstarch
04 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
05 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/3 cup golden balsamic vinegar
09 - 2 cups orange juice
10 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
12 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
13 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Bring a large pot of water to boil; cook spaghetti until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together cornstarch, red pepper flakes, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Stir in balsamic vinegar until smooth, then add orange juice and garlic. Set aside.
03 - Warm olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large stainless steel pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and sear for 1 minute. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp with slotted spoon and set aside.
