In a large bowl, whisk cottage cheese and eggs together until smooth.

Stir in mozzarella cheese, most of the mini turkey pepperoni (reserve some for topping), parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and top with remaining pepperoni slices.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
