01 - Cooking spray, for greasing pan
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
05 - 2/3 cup heavy cream
06 - 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided

→ Topping

09 - 1/2 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
10 - 1/4 cup rolled oats
11 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
12 - 1/3 cup brown sugar
13 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
14 - 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

15 - Vanilla ice cream, for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium ovenproof skillet with cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and granulated sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, heavy cream, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Mix until fully combined and pour into prepared skillet.
03 - In another bowl, combine pecans, oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Stir until evenly mixed. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly clusters form.
04 - Sprinkle the pecan mixture evenly over the pumpkin base. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the filling is set.
05 - Allow to cool slightly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
