If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving slight gaps between pieces for even cooking.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Arrange skewers on the grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, rotating occasionally, until the chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
