Skewers loaded with chicken grilled in a zesty ranch garlic parmesan mix—awesome for get-togethers or dinner with loved ones.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Marinade

01 - 120 ml ranch dressing
02 - 25 g grated parmesan cheese
03 - 30 ml olive oil
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley or fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

→ Skewers

09 - 680 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
10 - Wooden or metal skewers

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, grated parmesan, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice if using. Whisk until evenly blended.
02 - Place chicken cubes in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring every piece is coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
03 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving slight gaps between pieces for even cooking.
04 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Arrange skewers on the grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, rotating occasionally, until the chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
05 - Remove skewers from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with more chopped parsley or extra parmesan, if desired, before serving with preferred side dishes or dipping sauces.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken for the full 2 hours. Serve with grilled vegetables or a simple salad for a balanced meal.
