Toss the salt, onion powder, sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir them up well so you've got a nice blend.

Coat every part of the brisket with your spice mix. Make sure you don't miss any spots.

Add 240 millilitres barbecue sauce to your slow cooker first. Sit the brisket right on top. Pop the lid on and cook low and slow, about 7 to 8 hours, 'til it's super tender.

Once it's done, lift the brisket out. Let it chill on a board for 10 minutes so it stays juicy. Then, shred it up or slice it thin across the grain.

Warm up your tortillas. Heap in the brisket, drizzle with leftover BBQ sauce, and pile on cilantro, cheese, and onions if you like.
