Combine seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and liquid smoke in a small bowl until fully blended.

Massage the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chops and let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Place pork chops on the preheated grill over indirect heat. Cook for approximately 12 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
