06 - 0.5 teaspoon chipotle powder
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 0.5 teaspoon table salt

09 - juice of half a lime, optional

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Right when you pull the chicken out, squeeze some lime juice over it. Tastes bright and fresh. Dig in right away.
02 - Slide your tray into the oven. Let it cook 15 to 18 minutes. Check that the chicken is fully done—the center should hit 74°C.
03 - Lay your chicken out on the baking sheet. Dump the spiced oil on top. Make sure you turn and coat every piece really well.
04 - Grab a bowl and toss in olive oil, salt, all your spices. Mix them together really well til it looks smooth.
05 - Set your oven to 190°C and let it heat up.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Always double-check the center of your chicken hits at least 74°C. That way you know it’s safe to eat.
