27 - 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
28 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
29 - 1 teaspoon salt
30 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine sliced pork with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
02 - In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add quartered onions and cook until soft. Add garlic and chilies and sauté until fragrant.
03 - Add marinated pork to the skillet. Stir to combine with aromatics. Pour in water, cover, and simmer over low heat for 25–30 minutes until tender.
04 - Stir in oyster sauce, chopped bell pepper, and green onions. Cook uncovered for 5–6 minutes until vegetables are slightly softened.
05 - Rinse rice thoroughly. In a pot, boil water and salt. Add rice, reduce heat, cover, and cook until tender and fluffy.
06 - In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Fold in hot cooked rice and let sit to absorb flavor.
07 - In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, red onion, garlic, and parsley. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
08 - Plate citrus herb rice with pork and vegetables. Add salad on the side. Garnish with fresh herbs or citrus wedges if desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Thin slicing the pork shortens marination and cooking time while enhancing flavor absorption.
02 - Use freshly squeezed citrus juice for brighter rice flavor.
03 - Toss salad just before serving to maintain crispness.
