Splash on some more sweet chili sauce or Sriracha if that’s your thing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion slices, and you’re good to dig in.

                02 -
Scoop the hot rice into four bowls. Add your turkey mix and finish with some bright green broccoli right on top.

                03 -
Pop the broccoli florets into a steamer. Steam them a few minutes, just until they're barely soft but still have a snap.

                04 -
Pour your sauce over the turkey, then stir and let it bubble gently. Let it cook a few minutes until it gets a little thicker. Toss in a bit of salt if you think it needs it.

                05 -
Grab a bowl and whisk the sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic powder, and fresh ginger together until smooth.

                06 -
Drizzle olive oil in a big skillet and crank up the heat to medium-high. Toss in the turkey and cook, breaking it up till there’s no pink left and it’s nicely browned.
