In a large pitcher, add Sauvignon Blanc, peach schnapps, peach nectar, and granulated sugar.

Stir to combine and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally up to 12 hours.

Before serving, taste and adjust sweetness with additional peach nectar if needed. Add sliced peaches and mixed berries.

To serve, fill a glass with ice, pour the sangria with fruit, and top with seltzer water.
