Combine flour, cornstarch, and seasoned salt in a medium shallow bowl. Beat eggs until smooth in a separate bowl.

Press each chicken strip into flour mixture, dip in beaten eggs, then coat again in flour mixture for even coverage.

Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange chicken strips with space between each piece. Cook at 380°F for 8 minutes, flip, and cook 3 minutes more until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Wash and chop romaine lettuce thoroughly. Combine in large bowl with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss gently to coat.

Place 1/2 cup Caesar salad on bottom half of each tortilla. Add 3-4 crispy chicken strips. Fold bottom edge over filling, fold in sides, then roll tightly upward, tucking in loose ingredients as you roll.
