In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir pasta sauce into the beef, add cubed cream cheese, and mix until melted and combined.

Gently toss the cooked tortellini into the meat sauce mixture until coated.

Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, top with mozzarella and parmesan.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, then broil 2–3 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
