03 - 3 garlic cloves, pressed
04 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
06 - 1 teaspoon ground coriander
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Yogurt Sauce

09 - 200g plain Greek yogurt
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
11 - 1 garlic clove, crushed
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, to taste

→ For Frying

14 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
02 - With wet hands, form the mixture into oval or cylindrical shapes, about 5–7 cm in length. Set aside on a plate.
03 - Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry koftas for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
04 - In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
05 - Arrange cooked koftas on a serving dish. Serve with the yogurt sauce on the side or drizzled on top. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Refrigerating the kofta mixture for 30 minutes improves texture and makes shaping easier.
02 - For a smokier flavor, consider grilling the koftas instead of frying.
