Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 20 cm loaf pan with parchment paper or grease with butter or oil.

Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in nut butter and eggs, then add sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.

Fold in oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir until just combined. Add chocolate chips and gently fold.

Pour batter into loaf pan. Top with extra chocolate chips if desired. Bake 30–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Cool completely before slicing.
