Chocolate Banana Bread (Printable Recipe)

01 - 3 medium ripe bananas (about 360 g)
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 60 g nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew, or sunflower seed)
04 - 70 g granular sweetener (monk fruit or brown sugar)
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - 1/6 tsp sea salt
07 - 150 g oat flour (or preferred flour)
08 - 50 g cocoa powder
09 - 2 tsp baking powder
10 - 40 g chocolate chips

11 - 50 g protein powder (replace 50 g flour)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 20 cm loaf pan with parchment paper or grease with butter or oil.
02 - Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in nut butter and eggs, then add sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
03 - Fold in oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir until just combined. Add chocolate chips and gently fold.
04 - Pour batter into loaf pan. Top with extra chocolate chips if desired. Bake 30–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
05 - Let cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Cool completely before slicing.
