# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 500 grams fresh or thawed shrimp
02 - 3 tablespoons honey
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes or to taste
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - Vegetable oil for frying

08 - 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
09 - Salt to taste
10 - Vegetable oil for frying

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Peel and slice the potatoes evenly. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry completely.
02 - Heat oil to 180°C. Fry the potatoes in small batches for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
03 - In a bowl, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Add shrimp and mix well. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
