# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 1 tsp dried parsley
06 - 1/2 tsp chili flakes
07 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

→ Bang Bang Sauce

10 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
11 - 3 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
12 - 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
13 - Pinch of salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Submerge wooden skewers in water for 20–30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.
02 - In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, parsley, chili flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
03 - In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Divide sauce in half, reserving one portion for serving.
04 - Thread 5–7 marinated chicken cubes onto each soaked skewer or metal skewer.
05 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a rack over the sheet.
06 - Place skewers in a single layer on the prepared sheet and brush with half of the bang bang sauce. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
07 - Remove from oven and brush skewers with the reserved sauce. Serve immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
02 - Ensure even spacing on skewers for uniform cooking.
03 - Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness without overcooking.
