Place white candy melts in microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring between intervals, until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Dip three-quarters of each Nutter Butter cookie into melted candy coating. Hold cookie above bowl to allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place on parchment or wax paper.

Working in batches of 3-4 cookies, immediately place two candy eyes and one mini chocolate chip for mouth on each cookie while coating is still wet.

Allow chocolate coating to completely harden at room temperature before serving or storing.
