Line work surface with parchment paper and set aside small bowl with vegetable oil for coating hands during shaping

In large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and marshmallows in 30-second intervals until smooth and fully combined

Stir yellow food coloring into marshmallow mixture first, then gradually add red coloring one drop at a time until desired orange shade is achieved

Add Rice Krispies cereal to colored marshmallow mixture and stir thoroughly until evenly coated

Coat hands generously with vegetable oil and form mixture into 12 balls approximately 2 inches in diameter, recoating hands with oil between each pumpkin

While treats are still warm, gently press one mini Rolo into top center of each pumpkin for stem, then insert green M&M halfway into treat next to Rolo for leaf

Place finished pumpkins on parchment paper and allow to cool completely before serving or storing
