01 - 4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz. each)

05 - 1 tablespoon gochujang
06 - 1 teaspoon honey

07 - 3 cups broccoli florets, cut into 1-inch pieces
08 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
09 - 2 cups cooked brown rice, divided
10 - 1 cup kimchi
11 - 1/4 cup sliced scallions
12 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
13 - Lime wedges, optional for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
02 - Place salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet. Season evenly with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Whisk mayonnaise, gochujang, and honey in a small bowl, then brush mixture over salmon.
03 - In a mixing bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil and remaining 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Arrange on the other side of the baking sheet.
04 - Roast in the oven until salmon reaches 145°F internally and broccoli is tender, about 14 to 16 minutes.
