Using a fork or potato masher, mash the baked salmon, feta, and tomatoes together until creamy. Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, and chopped parsley.

Add the cooked penne pasta and toss until well coated with the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
