01 - 2 tablespoons neutral oil such as canola or avocado divided
02 - 1.25 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast thinly sliced
03 - 0.75 teaspoon kosher salt divided
04 - 5 scallions green parts cut into 1 inch pieces and whites thinly sliced
05 - 8 cups green cabbage thinly sliced
06 - 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
07 - 2 cups hot cooked brown rice

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large flat bottomed wok or skillet over high heat. Add sliced chicken and 0.25 teaspoon salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until lightly browned and opaque throughout, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
