In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped bacon, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and optional chili flakes until combined.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12–14 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Lightly toast the brioche buns in a dry pan or oven to add texture and prevent sogginess.

Spread spicy mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and baked chicken patty. Top with bacon and remaining bun half.
