Divide biscuit dough into portions and flatten each into a 4-inch circle. Spoon beef and cheese filling into the center, fold dough over filling, and pinch edges to seal. Shape into a ball.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the tops of each dough ball.
