01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 200 grams fresh spinach, chopped
06 - 100 grams feta cheese, crumbled
07 - 1 egg, beaten
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
11 - Sesame seeds or nigella seeds, optional for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onions until soft, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
03 - Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 3–4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and nutmeg. Let cool slightly.
04 - Stir crumbled feta cheese into the cooled spinach mixture.
05 - Roll out puff pastry and cut into 8 cm x 8 cm squares.
06 - Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square, fold diagonally into a triangle, and seal edges with a fork.
07 - Brush each triangle with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame or nigella seeds if desired.
08 - Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and puffed.
