01 - 4 boneless pork chops
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 cups sliced Russet potatoes

05 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of onion soup

08 - Ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and ground black pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
