Just toss oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple, vanilla, and a hint of salt into a jar you can close. Give everything a solid mix to get it all blended.

Now, toss in chopped strawberries and a spoonful of jam. Fold it in gently so you don't mash them up and you get fruit bits everywhere.

Want a twist? You can mix in cream cheese, a little white chocolate, maybe some nuts, graham cracker crumbs, or a splash of cream. Totally up to you.

Pop a lid on your jar and stick it in the fridge overnight or for at least six hours. The oats and seeds will drink up the liquid and get nice and soft.

Give your oats a stir in the morning. If you're into it, add extra berries, nuts, or even a bit more cream on top. Eat straight from the jar or throw it in a bowl. Easy.
