Gently pull each grape from the stem and place them in a colander. Rinse under cool running water.

Place the rinsed grapes in a shallow dish. Pour Prosecco and vodka over the grapes until fully submerged.

Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the grapes to absorb flavor.

Pour sugar into a shallow bowl. Drain grapes while still damp, then roll a handful at a time in the sugar until fully coated.
