Sugared Prosecco Grapes (Printable Recipe)

Festive grapes soaked in Prosecco and rolled in sugar. Perfect for parties or brunch spreads.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 2 cups firm seedless green grapes
02 - 2 cups firm seedless red grapes
03 - 2 cups Prosecco sparkling wine or Champagne
04 - 1/4 cup vodka
05 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Gently pull each grape from the stem and place them in a colander. Rinse under cool running water.
02 - Place the rinsed grapes in a shallow dish. Pour Prosecco and vodka over the grapes until fully submerged.
03 - Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the grapes to absorb flavor.
04 - Pour sugar into a shallow bowl. Drain grapes while still damp, then roll a handful at a time in the sugar until fully coated.
05 - Refrigerate sugared grapes for 2 hours before serving for best texture and flavor.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Reserve the soaking liquid for use in cocktails or spritzers.
02 - Grapes can be frozen after coating and served chilled as a frosty treat.
03 - Try using raspberries or blackberries for variation.
